Aaron’s leadership skills and qualities are respected and renowned across multiple communities. His background as a disciple in Jesus Christ, husband, father, Marine Corps training chief, infantry instructor, education director, has forged a powerful and unique approach to leadership in a variety of disciplines. Many leaders have specialized experience in dealing with one cross-section of community. Aaron Guyett, however, brings experience across a wide-ranging spectrum, from leading our nation’s most highly-trained warriors and federal agencies, to mentoring youth in pursuit of spiritual transformation with rites of passage, to training some of the world’s toughest and most skilled athletes and coaches. As a leader, Aaron establishes Christ Lordship in leadership, through an organization called Leaders of Leaders. Aaron provides a range of courses, experiences, organization consultations, and speaking engagements across the country. There are also free online courses, that are funded by donations on Discipled In Christ.

Steve Stary joined Aaron in 2022 to head up the digital discipleship program for Leaders of Leaders. Steve has 30 years of experience bringing technology into people’s lives in simple and easily accessible ways. Steve has a BS in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Steve was one of the first users to complete the ‘100 In His Strength’ program.
